Routific has 4 different teammate roles: Dispatcher, Admin, View-only and Driver. Let’s explore the 4 roles and their permissions below.
Dispatchers can create, publish and change routes. They can also manage settings, create workspaces, invite drivers and even invite other teammates.
The creator of the Routific account is automatically set in the admin role.
Admins have all the permissions that dispatchers have, plus they can cancel the subscription or update billing information.
If you need to change the admin or add another, please reach out to us at support@routific.com, and we will update the admin role.
Drivers can receive routes via the Routific app and complete orders along their route.
When a driver is invited, they are automatically added as a view-only user if they log in to Routific on the web app.
This role is meant for teammates who don’t need to make any changes to routes, but they need to be able to see them.
