In addition to tracking your drivers live, you can also see proof of delivery (POD) photos and signatures in Routific as your driver captures them.
To view PODs, you must click into an individual order to see the order details:
Any photos or signatures your drivers have collected can be found there.
In the example below, we click on Routific or Kamei to see the order details.
Drivers can take as many photo PODs as they like.
Both signature and photo PODs will be available for download for 90 days after they are first captured.

Customers can view their proof of delivery photos in the Delivery Tracker.
Every notification includes a link to to the tracker, which gives customers updated ETAs, and tracks the driver within 15 minutes of his/her arrival.
