Zapier connects apps you already use so they can pass information to each other automatically, no code needed.
Each automation is called a zap. A zap has two parts:
Trigger: the event that kicks things off (for example, a new order comes in on your store)
Action: what happens next in another app (for example, that order gets added to Routific)
Routific is now in Zapier's app directory, so you can connect it to thousands of other tools your team uses.
With Zapier, you can send orders into Routific from the tools you already use, and pull route and delivery info back out.
Routific works as an action in your zaps. That means another app starts the zap, and Routific does the work.

New store order → Routific order. Send new orders from WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, Square, Magento, or Recharge straight into Routific. No more CSV uploads.
New form or spreadsheet row → Routific order. Phone and walk-in orders logged in Google Sheets, Airtable, or a form can land in Routific automatically.
Order cancelled → order deleted. When a customer cancels in your store, remove the order from Routific so your routes stay accurate.
Delivery done in another app → order completed. If your drivers use a different app, mark orders as delivered or missed in Routific. Customer notifications and ETAs update as usual.
Update Order replaces the whole order. Any field you leave blank gets cleared. Map every field you want to keep, not just the ones you're changing.
Publish Routes can't be undone from Zapier. It sends every route on that date to your drivers.
Orders on a published route can't be deleted. Remove them in Routific instead.
One record at a time. Each action creates, updates, or deletes a single order or route.
Multiple time windows? Enter them separated by commas, like 09:00-10:00, 12:00-15:00.
Want Routific to start a zap? Routific triggers aren't available yet. In the meantime, you can send Routific webhooks to Zapier's Webhooks app.
