How to unschedule orders - watch video!

To unschedule individual orders

1. Click into the route

2. Select the order

   

3. Hit Unschedule

   

4. The order will return to the Not scheduled tray

   

To unschedule bulk orders

1. Use the lasso tool!

   

2. Draw a box around the orders you want to unschedule.

3. Click Unschedule

4. The orders will return to the Not scheduled tray

You can unschedule orders even if your routes are published. Give it a try!
